Role Description The Content Creator will develop and deliver engaging content that communicates Amrin Properties’ brand, services, and market expertise across digital and offline channels. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Delhi Area involves creating social media posts, marketing copy, property descriptions, blogs, videos, and other promotional materials tailored to different audience segments. The role includes collaborating with sales and advisory teams to translate complex real estate concepts into clear, compelling narratives, as well as supporting campaign planning, project marketing, and content calendars. The Content Creator will monitor content performance, adapt messaging to current market trends, and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms. The position requires regular coordination with internal stakeholders to gather information, develop new ideas, and maintain an up-to-date content library.
Qualifications
Strong skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and accurate messaging for diverse audiences.
Experience with social media content creation, basic graphic or video tools, and digital marketing concepts relevant to real estate or professional services.
Ability to conduct structured research on real estate trends, local markets, and competitor activities, and convert findings into audience-focused content.
Proficiency in editing and proofreading to maintain high-quality, error-free content and a consistent brand tone.
Good understanding of real estate or willingness to learn quickly, with an interest in property markets, investment concepts, and client advisory services.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining content calendars.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in content creation for real estate, financial services, or consulting sectors is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and engaging with local property and market dynamics
