Summary
TheFoundationsSuperintendentwill manage the various project team members as it relates tothiercraft. Establish standards, training, leadership training for thecontract executionteam and department.This position reports to theSeniorDirector of Construction, or anothermanagementpersonnel that theCEOof the Company maydesignate.This position is hybrid, working out of your home and the project sites, with standard working hours from Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. This position may require occasional overtime and weekend work as needed. Expect to travel up to 50%, or as needed for the project.
Essential Job Function &responsibilities

Manage andleadthesuperintendentsandtheircraftthroughoutthedurationoftheproject
Assist indevelopingdetailedCPMschedulesforallinstallationactivitiesand indevelopingascheduleofvaluestoaidthebillingprocess
Coordinateactivities,schedule, materialprocurement,projectlogistics, andtemporaryfacilityplanswiththeprojectmanagerandfieldstaff
Review andapprovematerials/equipmentforMechanical/Structuralsystemsand monitortheinstallationandstartupofthosesystems,resolvinganyconflictspriortostartingwork
PreparereportsandcommunicateprogresstoProject Managers/Directorsasneeded, andtoprojectOwnersduringweeklymeetings
Reviewcontractdocumentsandmakeimprovementssuggestionsasneeded
Supervise,develop, andmentorElectrical/Mechanical/Structural/CivilProject Engineers
Supervise, review, andcoordinationofsubmittalsandshopdrawings
Collaboratewithteammemberswhennecessarytoensureeffectivecommunicationandresults;
Providecostestimation,includingbut not limitedto:
Site Due Diligence–Evaluatepotentialprojectsitesaspartofdevelopmentduediligence
Identifyandprojectcostsrelatedtotime,materials, andlabor
Trackactualcostsandassesscosteffectivenessofproducts,projects,orservices
Costreporting–Preparereportsregardingthecurrentstatusofaprojecttoshowestimatedcosts,revenues, andprojecttimeline;and
Performotherdutiesandspecialprojects,asassignedbytheDirectorofProject Management.
Travel up to 50% as needed.
Regular attendance,in accordance withthe company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
Required Qualifications
7+yearsexperienceinsupervision
Proventrack recordas a Superintendent on large projects with values above $20 million
ThoroughknowledgeofConstruction Code
Generalunderstandingofbuildingcodes,mechanicalcodes,electricalcodes, andplumbingcodesastheyrelatetoconstructionofproject
Experiencedealingwithsubcontractsandsubcontractors
Minimumof 5-7yearsofprofessionalexperiencemanagingtheperformanceofmajorprojects,preferablyinthebuildingofpowerstationsorsupplynetworks,orotherutility-scaleconstructionprojects
Minimumof2yearsofsolar PVorwind powerprojectexperience,preferred
Abilitytotravel,upto50%ofthetime
