About the role

We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional to support one of Taimly Consulting’s clients remotely, about 5–7 hours a week.
The client has roughly 50 employees. You’d help with onboarding and offboarding, employee records, routine HR questions, leave and benefits coordination, and keeping HR tasks and follow-ups organized. You’d also flag issues that need a senior HR consultant’s attention.
Experience supporting employees in Arizona or California is a plus. If this sounds like you, send me a message with a little about your HR experience and availability. Referrals are welcome too.
