Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
Understand client requirements and develop creative, functional design solutions.
Prepare and review 2D layouts, furniture plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and detailed drawings.
Create mood boards, material selections, colour schemes, and design presentations.
Conduct client meetings and present design concepts and proposals.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, vendors, contractors, and procurement teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
Resolve design and site-related issues during execution.
Review and guide the work of junior and mid-level interior designers.
Coordinate material, furniture, lighting, finishes, and other interior selections.
Ensure design deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in interior design.
Experience handling residential and/or commercial interior projects.
Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop, Revit, or similar design software.
Good knowledge of working drawings and technical documentation.
Strong client communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with design and execution teams.
