We’re not looking to hire an Interior Designer.
We’re looking for a Design Partner.
We’ve recently started building our venture in Jabalpur, and we’re looking for a interior designer who wants to build something with us & not simply take up a job.
Someone who sees an empty space and starts imagining what it could become.
Someone who enjoys designing, meeting clients, presenting ideas, visiting sites, exploring materials, going to stores when required, and being involved in the real process of turning a design into a finished space.
This is not a conventional job role.
We’re looking to work with someone who can operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and grow alongside us as a design partner.
The model is simple:
Your involvement → Your contribution → Your projects → Your revenue share.
The more you bring to the table, the more you participate in the projects and the more you grow with them.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of interior design & space planning
• Someone who can confidently communicate and present designs to clients
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with site visits, vendors, material selections & stores
• Willing to be involved from client discussion → concept → design → selection → execution
• Most importantly, an entrepreneurial attitude and the willingness to build something of your own
We’re not looking for a particular number of years of experience.
We’re looking for design thinking, communication, ownership and the hunger to grow.
You’ll get exposure to real clients, real projects, real budgets and real execution — right here in Jabalpur.
