💡 We’re hiring a Senior Data Analytics and Finance Systems Lead
MSH has partnered with a publicly traded, global B2B organization that is building a new regional finance team. This is an opportunity to help create the data and systems foundation that will support financial decisions across multiple countries.
We’re looking for someone who can connect Finance and Technology: understand what finance leaders need, work through complex ERP data, and turn that information into reliable reporting and practical tools.
In this newly created role, you’ll help lead the move toward a more standardized Microsoft Dynamics environment. You’ll build Power BI reporting and data models, strengthen master data governance, improve data quality, and automate workflows that currently depend on manual processes. You’ll work closely with Finance, IT, and local teams across the region, with visibility into senior leadership.

We’d love to connect with professionals who bring:
• 6+ years working at the intersection of finance, data, and enterprise systems
• A strong accounting or finance foundation
• Advanced SQL and Power BI experience, including data modeling and reporting architecture
• Experience improving or implementing ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Knowledge of data governance, integrations, and workflow automation
• The ability to lead projects and communicate with both technical and finance teams
• Fluent English and Spanish
