Project Development Project Manager - Remote in Europe - Permanent Contract

As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Project Development Project Manager to support their project.
What You’ll Deliver
Lead the development of large-scale infrastructure projects from acquisition through to construction readiness, ensuring projects are fully defined, planned, and de-risked before handover to delivery teams.
Manage integrated development schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk registers, providing clear governance and recommendations at key project stage gates.
Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure requirements, and stakeholder engagement to support successful project progression.
Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, construction, consultants, and external partners to align project objectives and prevent scope, cost, or schedule deviations.
Experience required:
Extensive experience in infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, data centre, or large-scale development projects.
Proven experience managing development activities including permitting, utility coordination, consultant management, entitlement processes, and pre-construction planning.
Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, risk management, governance, and infrastructure development practices.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related discipline, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
