About IMAGICITY
IMAGICITY is a creative and marketing agency working with brands across strategy, branding, content, social media, advertising and growth.
We are looking for experienced Social Media Managers who can take ownership of brands and build a strong, relevant and consistent presence across digital platforms.
This role is not limited to posting content or maintaining a calendar. We are looking for someone who understands why content works, what audiences respond to and how a brand should communicate online.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage social media accounts for multiple brands
• Develop monthly content strategies and calendars
• Generate campaign, post, reel and activation ideas
• Write strong captions, hooks and social media copy
• Identify trends and adapt them intelligently for brands
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members
• Maintain each brand's tone, identity and positioning
• Monitor content performance and platform analytics
• Recommend improvements based on engagement and performance data
• Research competitors, audiences and emerging content formats
• Manage publishing, scheduling and day-to-day social media activity
• Participate in campaign brainstorming and brand strategy discussions
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience managing social media accounts professionally
• A strong portfolio of brands or accounts previously managed
• Good understanding of Instagram and other major social platforms
• Strong content ideation and creative thinking
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Understanding of branding and audience behaviour
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment
• Someone who can take ownership instead of waiting for instructions for every post
Good to Have
• Experience with Meta Ads
• Influencer marketing experience
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Basic knowledge of design and video content
• Agency experience
• Experience working across different industries
