We’re hiring: Enterprise Sales Manager | A2P Messaging & CPaaS
Location: Remote, global
Raza Engage is the CPaaS venture of the Raza Group of Companies. We provide A2P SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business messaging, Viber, two-way messaging and email solutions to businesses worldwide.
We’re looking for a proven Enterprise Sales Manager to win direct enterprise customers across industries including gaming and betting, fintech, e-commerce, travel, logistics and other high-volume digital businesses.
This is a hands-on new-business role. We need someone who can identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, build a qualified pipeline and close deals.
What you’ll do
Prospect and acquire direct enterprise customers in multiple markets and industries.
Build your own pipeline through industry relationships, targeted outreach, referrals and events.
Understand each prospect’s messaging use cases, traffic volumes, geographic needs and commercial goals.
Lead the full sales cycle, from first conversation through technical validation, negotiation, contracting and launch.
Work with our commercial, technical and NOC teams on pricing, routing and delivery solutions.
Grow newly acquired accounts and deliver results in activated customers, messaging volume and gross margin.
What we’re looking for
At least four years of successful B2B sales experience in A2P SMS, CPaaS or enterprise messaging.
A track record of personally originating and closing direct enterprise customers.
An established network among enterprise buyers. Experience selling messaging solutions to gaming or betting companies is strongly preferred.
A sound understanding of A2P SMS, messaging quality, pricing, sender requirements and compliance.
The ability to engage product, technology, marketing, operations and procurement decision-makers.
Strong prospecting, negotiation and pipeline management skills.
In your first 90 days, we’ll expect you to identify target accounts, open conversations with decision-makers and build a credible pipeline of opportunities progressing toward launch.
