Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Insurance Agent at Allianz PNB Life. The Insurance Agent will engage prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and investment-linked solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting online consultations, preparing and presenting proposals, responding to inquiries, and guiding clients through application and underwriting processes. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, providing policy servicing support, and coordinating with internal teams and bank partners as needed. Insurance Agents are expected to adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards while achieving assigned sales and customer service targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to match client needs to suitable life and investment products.
Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to support clients in understanding policy structures, premiums, and long-term financial planning.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and timely follow-through on client requests.
Relevant experience in life insurance, financial services, or bancassurance is highly beneficial.
Strong ethical standards, integrity, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements are preferred.
Comfort working remotely with digital tools for client meetings, documentation, and reporting.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales and service objectives in a part-time capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not strictly required with equivalent experience.
