Role Description The Data Operator is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining HR-related data in internal systems and databases. The Data Operator will perform routine data checks, validate information, and prepare basic reports to support HR and sales teams. Responsibilities include organizing and categorizing data, assisting with data analysis for operational insights, and ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies. The role also requires regular coordination with internal stakeholders to clarify data requirements and support smooth HR processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Data Operations and Data Analysis skills for accurate data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with HR, sales, and other internal teams.
Candidates should possess basic Sales-related understanding to support data needs for client and business development activities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality.
Prior experience in data entry or data operations roles is an advantage.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related field is preferred.
