Operating from a 14,000 sq. ft centrally located office in Mumbai, the firm is equipped with advanced CAD tools, comprehensive engineering software, and full in-house design and project management infrastructure.
Role Description The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and engineering solutions for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards. Day-to-day work includes developing design concepts, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and guiding integration of architectural and engineering elements from concept to commissioning. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects, as well as providing technical mentorship to junior team members. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai, operating in a hybrid model that combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to design tools, BIM platforms, and coordination of digital project workflows.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage client-facing interactions.
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognized institution; professional registration or licensure is preferred.
Significant experience in industrial or large-scale commercial projects, ideally within sectors such as chemical, pharma, or FMCG facilities.
Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent), and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and compliance.
Effective communication skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
