Role Description This full-time remote Hudl role focuses on supporting the development, delivery, and optimization of Hudl’s sports technology products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, design, support, and sales to ensure solutions meet user needs and business goals. The role involves using data and user feedback to inform decisions, documenting processes, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers. Team members may contribute to product enhancements, troubleshoot issues, support onboarding or training, and help streamline workflows that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive problem-solving, ownership of tasks from start to finish, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote environment.
Qualifications
