Role Description The Cruise Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for advising clients on cruise options and creating customized cruise travel plans. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client preferences, recommending suitable cruise lines and itineraries, preparing detailed quotes, and managing bookings from inquiry through post-trip follow-up. The role involves coordinating with cruise providers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, promotions, and packages, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. The Cruise Consultant will also handle client queries, resolve issues, and support sales initiatives to meet individual and team targets, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide clear, empathetic support.
Sales and sales operations skills to manage leads, close bookings, and work with structured processes and targets.
Knowledge of cruises, including major cruise lines, itineraries, cabin types, and onboard services.
Experience in training or willingness to learn and share product knowledge with colleagues and new team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Comfort with using booking tools, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role is preferred; diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or business is beneficial.
