Company Description Kinesphere Wellness is India’s first movement-focused performance center and physiotherapy hub, dedicated to bridging the gaps between rehabilitation, training, and prevention. Based in Bengaluru and serving people from all walks of life, Kinesphere provides science-backed, long-term care rather than quick, symptom-focused fixes. The team works with athletes, office professionals, older adults, and fitness enthusiasts, offering personalized assessments that recognize every body moves differently. With advanced movement labs, sports-science-driven training, and transparent performance tracking, Kinesphere helps individuals not only recover from injury but also move better for life.
Role Description The Sports Physiotherapist role is a full-time. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing athletes and active individuals, designing and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation and performance programs, and conducting movement screenings and functional assessments. The role involves coordinating with trainers and other professionals to create integrated care plans, monitoring progress through measurable performance metrics, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The Sports Physiotherapist will educate clients on injury prevention, safe training practices, and long-term movement health, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and participating in ongoing professional development.
