This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, sales, relationship building and marketing and wants to take ownership of generating new opportunities for a growing healthcare business.
🎯 What you’ll be responsible for
• Building relationships with doctors, gyms, Pilates studios, sports academies and corporates
• Developing corporate wellness and ergonomics opportunities
• Generating and following up on qualified patient enquiries
• Building referral and partnership networks
• Coordinating Google/Meta marketing campaigns
• Managing the social media content calendar with our creative team
• Organising workshops, health camps and community events
• Developing local marketing initiatives for ErgoPhy
• Tracking leads, conversions, partnerships and marketing-generated revenue
• Working closely with the clinic team to improve lead-to-appointment conversion
👤 Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ 2–5 years of relevant experience
✅ Experienced in marketing, sales or business development
✅ Strong in communication, networking and negotiation
✅ Proactive, self-motivated and target-oriented
✅ Comfortable with field visits and meeting potential partners
✅ Familiar with digital marketing and lead generation
✅ Strong at follow-ups and relationship management
✅ Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness or similar service industries will be an advantage
✅ Based in Gurugram is preferred
