Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Pune Division. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, explaining Kalyan Online Services’ offerings, and guiding them through online service processes. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, answering questions, and assisting with service registration or transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up with leads, and meeting defined sales targets while providing courteous and professional customer service. The Salesperson will also collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback, support promotional activities, and help improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and professionally.
Sales and negotiation skills, including experience handling inquiries, converting leads, and working toward defined targets.
Basic digital literacy, with the ability to navigate online platforms and assist customers with digital processes.
Organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate sales data and follow up with customers efficiently.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changing customer needs.
Previous experience in retail, field sales, or service-oriented roles is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is a plus.
Proficiency in local languages and English is beneficial for interacting with a wide range of customers.
