Senior Salesforce Solution Architect
We’re seeking a senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead an independent architecture review for an organisation preparing for a broader digital transformation.
Salesforce supports the organisation’s contact centre and case management operations, with additional capabilities that may offer more value. You’ll assess the current environment, define a practical future state and give executives a clear basis for investment and implementation decisions.
What you’ll deliver
A current-state assessment of the Salesforce architecture, data model, automation, integrations and use of existing capabilities
Future-state recommendations for CRM, constituent relationships and the wider platform
An approach to connecting data across service users, supporters, donors and partners, with appropriate privacy and governance controls
A prioritised roadmap and backlog for subsequent delivery
Recommendations for platform governance and the operating model
The environment includes Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, marketing and data capabilities, a contact centre integration, and other business platforms. The exact configuration and use of these capabilities will form part of the review.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, including independent discovery and architecture assessments
Strong data architecture and integration skills
Experience across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and marketing capabilities
Familiarity complex constituent lifecycle environments
The ability to turn technical findings into clear recommendations for executives and delivery teams
This is a 20-day engagement targeted for completion between late October and mid-December. The review may lead to further opportunities across Salesforce delivery, integration, data and architecture assurance.
