We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Agent to join our team on a full time basis. In this role, you will work closely with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients, managing enquiries, generating leads, conducting appointments, and guiding clients through every stage of the sales process. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
What We're Looking For.
•Excellent communication and relationship building skills
•Strong customer service and problem solving abilities
•Previous sales experience with a focus on lead generation and closing opportunities
•Highly organised with effective time management skills
•Confidence using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office applications
•Self motivated, professional, and eager to learn
•Real estate experience is preferred but not essential
