Role Description The JSM-2 role at CUMMINS TECHNOLOGIES INDIA LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Malshiras. The role typically involves monitoring and supporting day-to-day shop-floor operations, coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet production targets, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Qualifications
Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Basic understanding of production processes, equipment handling, and shop-floor workflows; willingness to learn company-specific systems and tools.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capability to identify and report operational issues promptly.
Effective teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with diverse colleagues and supervisors.
Secondary or higher education in a technical, vocational, or industrial discipline; prior experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors is an advantage.
Readiness to work full-time on-site in Malshiras and adapt to shift-based or flexible working hours as required.
