Summary
Responsible for operation and
preventive maintenance of HVAC System, Breakdown maintenance and its
compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible for EMS SCADA operation.
2.
Responsible for performing Preventive Maintenance
& handling of break downs of different equipments related to HVAC
system, assisting in HVAC –Validation
(DPB, LAF, RLAF, cRABs, Isolator, biosafety cabinet etc.) with all respective
documentation.
3.
Responsible for Operation of Unichiller.
4.
Responsible for Maintenance of Air handling units,
Outdoor unit, cold room, utility lines and its schedule checking to ensure
minimum breakdowns.
5.
Responsible for maintaining all logbooks related to
HVAC system which includes Operation of Air handling unit, Filter cleaning,
EMS SCADA reports/ Graphs and Preventive maintenance related to HVAC System.
6.
Inform immediate supervisor regarding the requirement
of spare parts and ensure required inventory related to HVAC system.
7.
Adhere to current technologies, cGMP, USFDA, MHRA
& TGA etc.
8.
Zero Accident / Incident in factory premises.
9.
Responsible to execute all other activities assigned by
Head Engineering.
