Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior L2 Developer / Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in application development and production support within the Core Banking / Investments & Wealth domain.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SilverLake Investments & Wealth, along with strong technical skills in .NET and MS-SQL/SQL. The candidate will be responsible for application support, release management and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support for Investments & Wealth applications.
Work on applications built around SilverLake Investments & Wealth.
Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
Support release management activities, including deployment coordination and post-release validation.
Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) activities and ensure application quality.
Analyse application issues and identify root causes.
Work with development, QA and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
Perform SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting using MS-SQL/SQL Server.
Support application enhancements, fixes and maintenance activities.
Prepare and maintain technical/support documentation where required.
Follow established production support and change-management processes.
Mandatory Skills
3–5 years of relevant IT experience
SilverLake Investments & Wealth – Mandatory
