About the role
We’re building an AI-powered career platform that helps candidates discover relevant opportunities and simplify the process of applying to them.
We’re looking for someone focused on Browser Automation & AI Agents to help build the technology that powers these workflows across company career pages and external hiring systems.
You’ll work on the systems that allow software to understand web pages, navigate websites, interact with forms, extract information, and automate multi-step workflows.
What you’ll do
Build browser automation using Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium or similar tools.
Automate workflows across company career pages and external web applications.
Build systems that can navigate, click, search, fill forms, upload files and submit actions.
Extract and structure information from different websites.
Handle dynamic pages, changing layouts, authentication, sessions, pop-ups and file uploads.
Build reliable retry, fallback, logging and monitoring mechanisms.
Integrate browser automation with APIs, databases and backend services.
Use AI/LLMs and agents where intelligent decision-making is required.
Continuously improve automation success rate, reliability and coverage.
What you’ll own
For the workflows you work on, you’ll take them through:
Understand → Build → Test → Debug → Deploy → Monitor → Improve
The goal is to turn complex manual web workflows into reliable automated workflows.
What we’re looking for
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript or Python fundamentals.
Experience with Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium or similar.
Understanding of HTML, DOM, HTTP and browser behaviour.
Familiarity with APIs, JSON and databases.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Curiosity about AI, LLMs and agentic workflows.
Ability to work independently and figure out unfamiliar problems.
For interns: 0–1 year experience; strong personal projects are more important than formal experience.
For freelancers: Proven experience building production browser automation and ability to deliver independently.
