Position: Music Production Expert - Russian
Type: Contract
Compensation: $35–$49/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated music for musicality, creativity, and production quality across genres.
Compare songs head-to-head on prompt adherence and vocal quality.
Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, and vocals.
Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet flexible deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Native or near-native proficiency in Russian.
Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
Preferred
Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
Broad familiarity with contemporary Russian genres, sub-genres, and artists.
