Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Sales and Marketing Executive will generate and qualify leads, build and maintain relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and end customers, and conduct regular site and client visits. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating terms, closing orders, and coordinating with production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting digital and offline promotions, participating in trade shows or local events, and providing market feedback on competitors, pricing, and product trends. The Executive will maintain accurate sales reports, follow up on payments, and contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, negotiation, and closing.
Candidates should possess marketing abilities such as basic digital marketing awareness, campaign execution, branding support, and market research.
Candidates should possess customer-focused skills, including effective communication, presentation, problem-solving, and after-sales follow-up.
Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including planning, time management, reporting, and familiarity with CRM or MS Office tools.
Relevant experience in building materials, fenestration, construction, interiors, or related industries will be beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Ability to work on-site in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, travel locally as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
