Franchise Operations Manager

We’re Hiring | Franchise Operations & Support Manager – BASI Pilates
BASI Pilates is a globally recognised Pilates studio brand founded by Rael Isacowitz, built around the philosophy of The Art & Science of Human Movement.It is present across 55 countires.
As BASI Pilates expands its studio network across India, we are looking for an experienced and highly organised Franchise Operations & Support Manager to manage the day-to-day relationship with franchise partners and ensure every BASI Pilates studio operates according to brand, operational, service and business standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day relationship with franchise partners
• Monitor studio operations, sales, revenue & customer retention
• Ensure BASI Pilates SOPs and brand standards are followed
• Support franchisees with team management, training & performance
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events & local business development
• Conduct regular studio reviews, audits & performance reports
• Support new franchise launches and first 90-day operations
• Identify operational challenges and drive timely solutions
What We’re Looking For:
• minimum 2 experience in franchise, fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail or multi-unit operations
• Strong communication, relationship management & problem-solving skills
• Business and sales-oriented mindset
• Comfortable travelling across India
• Experience working with franchisees/business owners is a strong plus
