Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding. This full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam.
The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs, assist in training and development activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end HR functions.
Candidates should possess skills in Recruitment, Onboarding, Training and Development.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
