About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Functional Consultant to support manufacturing transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for designing and delivering SAP Production Planning solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA PP implementation, rollout, and transformation projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Design and configure Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Manufacturing processes.
Work across the full project lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with teams across MM, SD, FI/CO, Inventory Management, and PM to ensure seamless integration.
Prepare functional specifications and support development of RICEFW objects.
Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
Support PP master data and transactional data migration activities.
Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and SAP solutions.
Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of SAP PP consulting experience with strong understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.
Experience delivering at least 2–3 S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP.
Strong knowledge of MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and PP master data.
Good understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, FI/CO, Inventory Management, and PM.
Experience with functional specifications, RICEFW, testing, and deployment.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
SAP S/4HANA PP certification.
Experience with SAP Fiori.
Exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
