The focus of the role is on professional communication, personal development, participant engagement and following established systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with individuals who are exploring personal and professional development programs, helping them understand the available information and guiding them through an established process.
Take part in regular online training, mentoring sessions and professional development activities designed to strengthen communication, leadership, mindset and personal effectiveness.
Become familiar with established educational programs and resources, applying relevant concepts to your own personal and professional development.
Speak with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more. These conversations follow a clear process and are designed to determine whether there is an appropriate fit.
Use established digital marketing and communication methods to connect with people who may be interested in the programs. Training, systems and resources are provided.
Work independently while using proven processes for communication, follow-up, training and participant engagement.
Plan your working hours, maintain consistent follow-up and manage day-to-day activities within a remote working structure.
Stay actively involved in ongoing education, leadership development and personal growth as part of the broader learning environment.
About You
