CSRD / TOMS Engineer

Requirements:
Strong understanding of core CSRD and TOMS workflows, business processes, and order lifecycle management.
Good knowledge of end-to-end integration flows across CSRD, TOMS, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, and other downstream/upstream systems.
Familiarity with entities, data models, and configurations supported within CSRD and TOMS.
Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and debug production issues and failure scenarios across CSRD and TOMS applications during support activities.
Working knowledge of key CSRD and TOMS database tables, their relationships, and their usage for troubleshooting, reporting, and operational support.
Understanding of backend processes, workflow engines, batch jobs, services, and application components involved in order orchestration and fulfilment.
Experience in order tracking, task management, workflow monitoring, and order reprocessing activities within TOMS.
Knowledge of application logs, audit logs, integration logs, and workflow execution logs for effective root cause analysis.
Experience with log monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e. g., Splunk, ELK, Kibana, Grafana, AppDynamics, or equivalent) for identifying and resolving application and integration issues.
Ability to monitor application health, process status, alerts, queues, interfaces, and system performance using operational monitoring tools.
Good understanding of Unix/Linux commands, process validation, service management, log tracing, and environment-level troubleshooting.
Ability to perform end-to-end incident analysis, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive issue resolution within SLA timelines.
Familiarity with deployment validation, configuration verification, and post- implementation support activities for CSRD and TOMS environments.
