About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interview scheduling.
Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Support recruitment-related administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
