Experience: 3–5 years
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis 1 – Pastry to join BELAGIO, a luxury Italian couture cake brand.
Responsibilities:
Assist in production of premium cakes, desserts and pastry products.
Prepare sponges, mousses, ganaches, creams, fillings and compotes.
Assist with cake assembly, finishing, chocolate work and decoration.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
Support the senior pastry team in daily production and new product development.
Requirements:
3-5 years of pastry experience.
Good knowledge of basic pastry techniques.
Strong attention to detail and presentation.
Passion for luxury cakes and pastry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
