Pay: Commission Only – 15% of Sales

Window Washing Bros is looking for an experienced sales closer to handle inbound window cleaning leads.
This is NOT an entry-level sales position.
We generate the leads. Your job is to call them immediately, close the sale, and book the job.
Pay
15% commission on every job you close
Average job: $350–$400
Paid weekly, typically Friday
No cap on commissions
Strong closers can make $5,000–$10,000+/month
Exceptional performers can make $10,000+/month
Your lead flow is based on performance.
You'll start with a smaller number of leads. If you prove you can close them consistently, we'll continue increasing your lead volume.
NON-NEGOTIABLE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
You must maintain approximately:
35%+ close rate
$350+ average ticket
Under 60-second speed-to-lead
If a lead comes in, it needs to be called within one minute.
Our leads generally come in between approximately 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
You are not required to sit at a desk all day, and you can work from anywhere, but if you're assigned a new lead, you are expected to respond immediately.
If you consistently fail to hit our required close rate, average ticket, follow-up standards, or speed-to-lead requirements, you will not stay in this position.

Follow up with leads who don't immediately book
Maintain accurate customer information
Follow our sales process
Every sales call is recorded and tracked.
We regularly review calls, close rates, average tickets, follow-up, and overall sales performance.
Requirements
Previous phone sales/closing experience required
Proven ability to close inbound leads
Strong objection-handling skills
Excellent communication
Extremely fast response time
Reliable phone and internet
Comfortable working on commission
Competitive and performance-driven
Must be coachable
Must be available to respond to leads throughout our primary 7 AM–7 PM lead window
Window cleaning is a relatively simple, lower-ticket home service sale. We provide interested homeowners and a proven service.
If you're a strong closer, there is a lot of money to be made here.
If you're looking for an hourly position where you're paid regardless of performance, do not apply.
If you're an experienced closer who wants high lead volume, uncapped commissions, and wants to be paid based on results, apply.
