Job Title: Lead-Business Initiatives

About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber professional to work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business incubation opportunities, special projects, inorganic growth opportunities, and cross-functional transformation programs. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring the individual to translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
The incumbent will partner with business, product, technology, finance, legal, and operations teams to drive critical organizational priorities, support board and investor-related initiatives, evaluate new growth opportunities, and lead complex cross-functional programs from concept to execution. The role demands a highly adaptable individual who can navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in a fast-evolving environment.
Strategic Initiatives & CEO Office Programs
Drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's growth priorities.
Partner with senior leadership to define, structure, and execute high-impact business programs.
Lead special projects requiring cross-functional coordination and executive oversight.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams, governance frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
Business Incubation & New Opportunities
Identify, evaluate, and support incubation of new business opportunities across fintech, wealth, capital markets, lending, insurance, and adjacent ecosystems.
Develop business cases, operating models, and go-to-market strategies for emerging opportunities.
Drive pilot launches and scaling plans for new initiatives.
Monitor market developments and competitive trends to identify future growth avenues.
Inorganic Growth & Strategic Partnerships
Evaluate inorganic opportunities including acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Support commercial assessments, due diligence activities, valuation analysis, and deal execution.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during transaction processes.
Assist leadership in developing integration and value realization plans.
Board, Investor & Governance Support
Support preparation of board presentations, strategic reviews, investor materials, and leadership updates.
Develop high-quality analytical reports and executive communication documents.
Track strategic priorities and ensure follow-through against commitments made to leadership, board members, and investors.
Support governance mechanisms to drive accountability across business functions.
Policy & Strategic Projects
Lead and support organization-wide policy, transformation, and process-improvement initiatives.
Drive projects involving regulatory developments, industry developments, and ecosystem-level opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of strategic decisions.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
Partner with business and functional leaders to drive execution of key initiatives.
Influence stakeholders across multiple teams without direct reporting authority.
Resolve execution bottlenecks and ensure alignment across diverse workstreams.
Establish strong working relationships with leadership teams and external ecosystem partners.
Who you are:
Education
MBA from Tier-1 institute preferred
CA/CFA would be an added advantage
