Role Description The Vice President of Product Operations will lead end-to-end product operations for Fintech KB’s educational fintech offerings in a full-time, remote capacity. This role oversees product roadmaps, operational processes, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of platform features and educational products. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and optimizing product operations frameworks, collaborating with product management, content, engineering, and marketing teams, and establishing metrics to track performance and user engagement. The VP will manage complex programs and projects, streamline workflows, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance scalability, quality, and user experience. This role also contributes to strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management to support sustainable growth and alignment with the company’s educational mission.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Operations and Product Management skills, with experience leading product lifecycles and operational excellence at scale.
Candidates should possess solid Program Management and Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-team initiatives.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency in data analysis, metric definition, and using insights to drive decision-making.
Relevant qualifications include experience in fintech, edtech, or financial markets, with familiarity in trading, investing, or financial education.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives in a remote environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear operational plans and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
Experience with product analytics tools, workflow management platforms, and modern SaaS product development practices is a plus.
