About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who understands the internet, enjoys creating content, and is curious about what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and share.
You’ll work closely with our creative and social media teams to develop, manage and execute content across platforms.
What You’ll Do
* Assist in planning and executing social media content for different brands.
* Research social media trends, formats, conversations, and emerging content ideas.
* Assist in creating captions, post copies, reels, stories, and other social-first content.
* Assist in developing and maintaining weekly/monthly content calendars.
* Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
* Ensure posts are published accurately and on time, with the right copy, creatives, tags and formats.
* Monitor brand pages and keep track of relevant trends and conversations.
* Assist with community management, including comments, replies, and basic audience engagement.
* Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to get content published on time.
* Track basic social media performance and assist in preparing reports.
* Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other evolving platforms.
Good to Have
* Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights or similar social media tools.
* Experience managing a personal, college or brand social media page.
* Basic understanding of reels, short-form video and social media trends.
