Lead Manager Accounts & Finance

The Lead Manager Accounts & Finance will oversee end-to-end financial management, including accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for ongoing EPC projects. This full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur, involves leading the accounts team, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, managing cash flow, and monitoring project-wise costs and revenues. The role includes handling statutory compliances such as taxation, GST, TDS, and coordination with auditors for internal and statutory audits. The Lead Manager will collaborate with project, procurement, and senior leadership teams to support decision-making, optimize financial performance, and maintain robust internal controls. The position also requires implementing and improving finance processes, ERP/accounting systems, and contributing to long-term financial planning for the organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting and finance, including general ledger, financial statements, budgeting, and cost accounting.
Hands-on experience with taxation, GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Proficiency with accounting software/ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analysis tools for financial reporting and dashboards.
Skill in cash flow management, project finance, and working capital optimization in infrastructure or EPC environments.
Demonstrated team leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to collaborate effectively with project and management teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
Relevant academic background such as CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or a bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance; experience in construction, power, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Jaipur and readiness to engage with field offices, vendors, and clients when needed.
