Director Strategic Partnerships, APAC

Location: APAC (Singapore based)
Reports to: GVP APAC Channels & Partnerships
We're looking for an experienced partnerships leader to own a portfolio of ServiceNow's most strategic APAC relationships — a mix of partnerships you build from zero and mature partnerships you manage and grow. You'll also own GSI Route-to-Market strategy for the region, acting as the main link between global GSI teams and the APAC field.
This is a builder-and-operator role spanning two distinct halves:
Build: spot white space, make the business case, negotiate terms, and stand-up new partnerships end to end.
Own GSI RTM for APAC: translate global partnership strategy and programs into regional execution, act as primary escalation point across APAC and global teams, run and represent APAC in partner QBRs and global forums, and land best practices into GSI Partner Managers' day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
Identify partnership white space across APAC, build the business case, negotiate terms, and launch new partnerships end to end.
Own a balanced portfolio of net-new and established partners, building joint business plans and measuring execution against shared targets.
Partner with Marketing to develop joint campaigns and events, tracking pipeline contribution and performance.
Own APAC GSI route-to-market strategy, connecting global GSI partnership priorities with regional sales and partnerships execution.
Lead partner QBRs and represent APAC in global partnership forums, reporting partner health and pipeline contribution to regional and global leadership.
Serve as the escalation point for portfolio priorities, coordinating resolution across APAC and global partnership teams.
Coach GSI Partner Managers on GTM planning, demand generation, sales acceleration, industry solutions, and partner capacity-building.
What you'll bring
8+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles, including direct GSI experience with firms such as TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Infosys, KPMG, or similar.
Proven ability to both incubate partnerships from zero and scale established relationships.
Strong ability to translate global strategy into regional execution and constructively challenge where local market realities require adaptation.
Strong commercial instincts across co-sell motions, joint GTM planning, and partner investment structures.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders internally and externally.
Experience navigating complex, matrixed, high-growth organizations.
Based in APAC or deeply familiar with APAC markets.
