Full Stack & DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack & DevOps Engineer to help build and scale a real-time virtual collaboration platform. You will work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to scalable product development as well as reliable deployment and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Build scalable, real-time features supporting video, audio, and interactive experiences.
Design and maintain APIs and real-time communication systems using WebSockets/WebRTC.
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment systems on AWS or GCP.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability and troubleshoot production issues.
Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous technical improvements.
Requirements
3+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
Experience with React and modern web technologies.
Hands-on experience with WebSockets, WebRTC, or real-time systems.
Experience working with REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is a plus.
Comfortable working in small, fast-paced teams with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, or message queues.
Prior experience working in startups or early-stage product teams.
