Job Title: Healthcare Contact Center Agent (Contract)

Location: Remote (Must be willing to work in PST or CST time zones)
Pay Rate: $12.00 – $14.00 / hour (All-Inclusive)
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Contact Center Agents to join our team on a contract basis representing a premier healthcare client. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and members, handling inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
No prior healthcare experience is required—we provide 3 weeks of fully paid training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success!
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer service calls, addressing inquiries regarding appointments, scheduling, general healthcare inquiries, and basic account details.
Navigate multiple computer systems and software applications simultaneously while speaking with callers.
Maintain confidential patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
Document accurate and concise notes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for every interaction.
De-escalate challenging customer situations with patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; clear articulation, professional tone, and strong active listening ability.
Computer Skills: Proficient with basic computer operation, fast and accurate typing skills, and comfortable navigating web browsers and multi-screen applications.
Availability: Willing and able to work shifts aligned with PST or CST time zones.
Reliability: Strong attendance record and commitment to completing the mandatory 3-week training program.
Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet home office space free from background noise and distractions (for remote setups).
