Role Description The Senior Product Manager will lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery and concept validation through launch and ongoing optimization, for AI-driven and platform-based solutions. In this full-time remote role, the individual will define product vision and strategy, translate customer and market insights into clear roadmaps, and prioritize features in collaboration with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user and stakeholder requirements, writing detailed product requirements and user stories, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery through agile ceremonies and cross-functional alignment. The Senior Product Manager will monitor product performance, use data to drive decisions, and iterate on features to improve adoption, customer satisfaction, and business value. The role also involves partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success to support launches, create product collateral, and represent the product with clients and internal leadership.
Qualifications
Product leadership and strategy skills, including experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for complex technology products.
Strong product discovery and requirements skills, such as user research, stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and writing clear PRDs and user stories.
Hands-on experience with agile product development, including backlog management, sprint planning, and close collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Data-driven decision-making abilities, including comfort with product analytics, experimentation, and using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform priorities.
Domain familiarity with AI/ML, cloud platforms, digital engineering, or enterprise software, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, distributed, and cross-functional teams.
Proven track record as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager (typically 6+ years) delivering successful B2B or enterprise products
