Salary: UoM 7 - $111,275 - $120,453 p.a. plus 17% super
Lead a flagship Indigenous arts and culture centre / drive student-centred programs and events / influence faculty-wide cultural change

You will lead operational and administrative excellence at the Wilin Centre, supporting Indigenous-focused programs and events.
You will help drive cultural change across the Faculty and broader University community.
What you will deliver:
Lead operational planning, processes and systems, ensuring high-quality delivery of Wilin Centre programs.
Manage, coach and motivate professional staff, building a cohesive, high-performing team culture.
In conjunction with the faculty’s Academic Support Office, coordinate student-facing services, grants and bursaries, ensuring timely, culturally safe support and information.
Oversee budgets, HR processes and financial systems for Wilin programs, events and casual staff.
Lead planning and administration of Wilin events, partnerships and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
You may be a great fit if you:
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, bringing strong cultural knowledge and lived experience.
Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and substantial experience in administration, coordination or operations.
Demonstrate advanced organisational and problem-solving skills, including experience with Indigenous arts organisations or programs.
Lead and mentor staff effectively, fostering collaboration, high performance and culturally safe practice.
Communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders, producing clear written materials and managing sensitive information discreetly.
Bring prior university experience, understanding policies, procedures, systems and student-focused service environments.

The Wilin Centre for Indigenous Arts and Cultural Development is a vibrant, Indigenous-focused hub. You will join a committed team advancing cultural change across the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music.
The Centre delivers public programs, student support and partnerships with Indigenous artists and communities.
You will collaborate with the Academic Support Office and faculty stakeholders on strategic, impact-driven initiatives.
Together, you will embed Indigenous knowledge, create inclusive environments and showcase Indigenous arts and culture.
