Service Engineer- Pune

Responsibilities
✔ Provide prompt technical support to customers.
✔ Install, commission, and troubleshoot ENGEL machines and automation cells.
✔ Attend machine breakdowns and ensure quick resolution.
✔ Support spare parts identification and quotation processes.
✔ Regularly update the Regional Service Manager on machine status and service activities.
✔ Follow up on pending service invoice payments.
✔ Assist customers with spare parts information and service-related queries.
✔ Share feedback on recurring machine quality issues with the Mumbai Head Office.
✔ Build strong customer relationships through regular visits alongside the Regional Sales Manager.
✔ Organize and support plant visits, customer demonstrations, and video conferences.
✔ Represent ENGEL at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
What We're Looking For:
• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work at customer sites.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
