Job Title: Java Backend Developer
Experience: 2-3 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with around 2.5 years of experience in developing scalable web applications and REST APIs. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, database development, and backend service implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases and optimize queries.
Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security and JWT.
Develop and maintain business workflows, transaction management, and backend automation.
Participate in requirements analysis, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Java 8/17 and Object-Oriented Programming.
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
Hands-on experience in REST API development and integration.
Good understanding of SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
Experience with Spring Security, JWT authentication, and role-based access control.
Knowledge of Maven, Apache Tomcat, Postman, JUnit, and Mockito.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Nice to Have
Exposure to React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Interest in Python, FastAPI, and workflow automation.
