Global DA Ops ARTHUR V&R Executive

This role is accountable for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reporting solutions for the markets in scope. The role works with relevant teams and end-to-end functions to transform validated data into accurate, actionable reporting and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions based on approved business requirements.
Create data models, Power Query transformations, DAX measures, KPIs, and clear visualizations.
Validate source data, calculations, and dashboard outputs before release.Partner with Client Services, Data Acquisition, Commercial, Operations, and other relevant teams to clarify reporting requirements and resolve data issues.
Support reporting feasibility, data mapping, dashboard testing, deployment, and user access activities.Investigate reporting discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain reporting documentation and provide dashboard guidance or training to users.
Contribute to reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

College or University degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or dashboard development.
Working knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and report design.
Good knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; local language depends on the region.
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams.
Ability to manage priorities, adapt to change, make sound decisions, and deliver according to agreed timelines.
