Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities
· Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
· Conduct SOLIDWORKS training, workshops, and demonstrations.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
· Assist in SOLIDWORKS implementation, deployment, and customization.
· Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
· Help customers improve engineering workflows and adopt best practices.
· Stay updated on the latest SOLIDWORKS features and technologies.
· Collaborate with Sales and Technical Teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Travel for customer visits, training, demonstrations, and technical support.
Required Qualifications
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Aeronautical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 1–5 years of industrial experience.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings, training, demonstrations, and support activities.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Candidates should be comfortable interacting directly with customers and engineering teams.
Key Skills
Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS or similar CAD tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good presentation, communication, and customer interaction abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of engineering design concepts and methodologies.
Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously enhance technical skills.
