Role Description The Vice President of Product Strategy is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and driving Paradigma’s product vision and roadmap across all offerings. This role leads cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, design, marketing, and finance to align product initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes; prioritizing product investments; and translating strategic goals into clear product plans and measurable outcomes. The VP oversees product lifecycle management, guides go-to-market strategies, and ensures that product performance is tracked and optimized using data-driven insights. This role also mentors product leaders, fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and regularly presents product strategy and performance updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
Ability to lead and execute Product Strategy and Product Management initiatives, including defining product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle priorities.
Strong Analytical Skills and Finance acumen to evaluate business cases, model ROI, and support data-driven decision-making.
Experience in Strategic Planning, including setting long-term product goals, aligning with corporate strategy, and managing strategic portfolios.
Proven track record in remote leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
Background in technology or SaaS products, with experience scaling products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop product teams, foster inclusive decision-making, and build equitable, high-performance cultures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
