Learning And Development Specialist

Training Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute internal and external training programs.
Induction Management: Design and deliver engaging induction programs for new hires.
Vendor Management: Identify, liaise, and manage external trainers and training partners.
Program Design: Develop and implement learning modules aligned with business needs.
Tracking & Reporting: Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate records.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with managers and teams to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination.
Strong knowledge of training design and delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple programs independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS tools (preferred).
