Job Description
At Blacksof, we are looking for a full-stack digital marketer who can think beyond posts and platforms - someone who understands brand, design, content, algorithms, and market behaviour. The ideal candidate is a marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and can deep-dive into problems from a consultant’s perspective.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow clients’ digital and social media ecosystems
Build end-to-end digital and social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Work closely with design, content, and strategy teams to execute plans seamlessly
Drive measurable growth across social, performance marketing, SEO, and GEO targeting
Analyse performance of campaigns, content, and funnels to optimise ROI
Stay updated with trends, consumer behaviour, platform algorithms, and competitor activities
Bring strategic inputs in brand consulting discussions, beyond daily marketing tasks
Requirements
Above 75% in 10th, 12th, Graduation (B.Tech, B.Sc), and Post-Graduation (MBA in Marketing Mgmt., Certification/course in Digital Marketing or similar)
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, performance marketing, SEO, and analytics
Good grasp of design, content fundamentals, and platform algorithms
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect marketing with brand and business goals
Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Goal-oriented, results-driven, and eager to learn the Blacksof way (unlearn–relearn)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Positive mindset with openness to feedback
Long-term association (2-year agreement)

Timings - 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM
5 days working (Monday to Friday)
