Senior Software Development Manager / AI Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Development Manager / AI Engineer to lead and develop technology solutions across AI, computer vision, software, IoT, vending, retail, and cold-chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead software architecture, development, testing, deployment, and technical delivery.
Develop and deploy AI/ML and computer vision solutions using Python, YOLO, OpenCV, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
Build solutions for object detection, product recognition, inventory monitoring, tracking, and quality control.
Integrate AI with cameras, sensors, IoT devices, APIs, databases, POS/payment systems, and hardware.
Develop and manage applications using Node.js, React, Flutter, and PostgreSQL.
Deploy solutions across cloud and edge-computing environments.
Lead code reviews, technical processes, development sprints, and software/AI team building.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of relevant software development experience.
Strong Python and Node.js development experience.
Strong experience in AI/ML and Computer Vision.
Hands-on experience with YOLO/OpenCV and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
Experience with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
Strong understanding of software architecture, databases, security, and production deployment.
